Job summary

DADACONSULTANTS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Business Analyst to join the Customer Success team in Singapore. The role acts as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business needs into clear requirements and supporting the delivery of software solutions.

You will collaborate with developers and SMEs to evaluate solutions, manage information needs, and ensure alignment with business goals. Strong communication and the ability to handle multiple projects are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline.
• Proven experience in Business Analysis and business process analysis.
• Strong skills in requirements gathering, process mapping and functional documentation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficient in MS Office and able to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• SharePoint or CRM platform experience is a plus.
• Understanding of web-based/client-server architectures is a plus.
• Experience mentoring or supervising junior team members is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering and analysis, producing BRDs, use cases and functional/interface specifications.
• Develop As-Is / To-Be process maps and document business workflows.
• Translate technical concepts into clear, business-friendly requirements.
• Work with internal teams and clients to identify information needs and define functional requirements.
• Collaborate with developers and SMEs to evaluate solutions, usability and system performance.
• Support project scope, planning, milestones and delivery tracking.
• Identify opportunities to improve project delivery processes and methodologies.
• Participate in system testing to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
