Job summary

Elliott Moss Consulting PTE. LTD. is seeking a Functional Business Analyst to bridge business and technology teams in Singapore.

You will translate business needs into clear, actionable functional requirements and collaborate across the SDLC with product owners, architects, developers, testers, and business users. Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of experience in IT implementation projects, strong documentation, and stakeholder management skills, with a solid grasp of SDLC methodologies and data

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, System Analyst, or similar role in IT implementation projects.
• Strong requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with functional specifications, process flows, user stories, acceptance criteria, and business rules.
• Good understanding of SDLC and Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
• Basic understanding of APIs, system integrations, databases, and data mapping is an advantage.
• Experience with BPMN/UML, SIT/UAT, and enterprise or government projects is a plus.

Responsibilities
