Job summary

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience with a variety of project methodologies (e.g., Agile Scrum, Waterfall), showcasing adaptability.
• Experience in E-commerce, Integrated Resorts, Hospitality or Casino systems is a significant advantage.
• Proficiency with standard business analysis tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, Balsamiq).

Job description

We are seeking a skilled and analytical Business Analyst to join our team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience and a talent for translating business needs into actionable solutions. You will play a key role in driving projects, improving processes, and supporting strategic decision-making.

What You'll Do:

Experience

• - At least 5+ years of proven experience as an IT Business Analyst, System Analyst, or similar role within an IT environment.
• - Demonstrable experience with a variety of project methodologies (e.g., Agile Scrum, Waterfall), showcasing adaptability.
• - Experience in E-commerce, Integrated Resorts, Hospitality or Casino systems is a significant advantage.
• - Proficiency with standard business analysis tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, Balsamiq).

Preferred Business Domain Knowledge

• Preferred experience or working knowledge in gaming loyalty, casino patron management, rewards programmes, tiering, points accrual/redemption, campaign eligibility, and member lifecycle processes.
• Familiarity with Business Entertainment complimentary processes, including complimentary entitlement, allowance calculation, approval workflows, redemption control, auditability, and exception handling.
• Candidates with relevant or similar domain knowledge from hospitality, travel, retail loyalty, financial services rewards, membership management, or other customer engagement industries will also be considered favourably.

Certifications (Preferred)

• - Certification of Capability in Business Analysis (CCBA) or Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)
• - Professional Scrum Master (PSM) or Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO)
• - Design Thinking certification or relevant training.
