What You'll Do:

Experience

• Atleast 5+ years of proven experience as an IT Business Analyst, System Analyst,or similar role within an IT environment.
• Demonstrableexperience with a variety of project methodologies (e.g., Agile Scrum,Waterfall), showcasing adaptability.
• Experiencein E-commerce, Integrated Resorts, Hospitality or Casino systems is a significant advantage.
• Proficiencywith standard business analysis tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Visio,Lucidchart, Balsamiq).

Preferred Business DomainKnowledge

• Preferredexperience or working knowledge in gaming loyalty, casino patron management,rewards programmes, tiering, points accrual/redemption, campaign eligibility,and member lifecycle processes.
• Familiaritywith Business Entertainment complimentary processes, including complimentaryentitlement, allowance calculation, approval workflows, redemption control,auditability, and exception handling.
• Candidateswith relevant or similar domain knowledge from hospitality, travel, retailloyalty, financial services rewards, membership management, or other customerengagement industries will also be considered favourably.

Certifications(Preferred)

• Certificationof Capability in Business Analysis (CCBA) or Certified Business AnalysisProfessional (CBAP)
• ProfessionalScrum Master (PSM) or Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO)
• DesignThinking certification or relevant training.
