Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 4-5 years of experience as a System analyst/Application Consultant or in a similar IT role.
• Strong PL/SQL and Oracle SQL skills.
• Level 1 and Level 2 BAU support experience, including data investigation and root cause analysis.
• Business analysis capability across the end-to-end SDLC, including requirements gathering, change requests, deployments, and timely delivery.
• Strong understanding of IT service request management.
• Proactive and independent in engaging stakeholders to achieve results.
