Job summary

Talentvis in Singapore is seeking an Operations Data & Process Improvement Specialist to drive KPI management, data analysis, and digitalisation across operations. You will collaborate with operations and IT to identify performance gaps and implement automation solutions that streamline day-to-day activities.

You will develop dashboards, map processes, and lead improvement initiatives, combining analytical rigor with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in data analysis, KPI management, or process improvement.
• Hands-on with Python/R, Power BI/Tableau, PowerApps/Power Automate.
• Lean Six Sigma, process mapping or value stream mapping is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills.

Operations Data & Process Improvement Specialist

We are looking for an analytical and hands-on professional to drive KPI management, data analysis, process improvement and digitalisation across operations.

You will work closely with operations, IT and other stakeholders to identify performance gaps, improve processes and implement automation solutions that make day-to-day operations more efficient.

What You’ll Do

• Own and monitor key KPIs, scorecards and operational performance reporting for assigned operations.
• Analyse operational data, identify trends and highlight areas requiring corrective action.
• Work with relevant teams to address KPI gaps and drive improvement initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to automate and digitalise manual processes through workflow and low-code solutions.
• Develop and implement applications, dashboards and automated workflows to improve operational efficiency.
• Conduct process mapping and value stream mapping to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
• Work with Operations, IT and customers to define, clarify and implement new or improved processes and performance parameters.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders and follow through on improvement initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 2 years of experience in data analysis, KPI management, operations, reporting or process improvement.
• Hands-on experience with some of the following:

Python / R

Power BI / Tableau

PowerApps / Power Automate

RPA or other automation tools

Excel / VBA or other data analysis tools

• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, process mapping or value stream mapping is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with an ability to turn data into practical improvement actions.
• Good stakeholder management and presentation skills.
• Proactive, resourceful and comfortable working in a fast‑paced operational environment.
• Curious and willing to learn new technologies and automation solutions.
