Job summary

eAspire Technolabs Inc. is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support enterprise application initiatives, including custom solutions and COTS platforms.

The role focuses on gathering requirements, preparing BRDs, and translating business needs for technical teams. You will participate in CRM and Loyalty platform implementations, validate requirements, and coordinate with users, developers, QA, and other stakeholders across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience as a BA in enterprise app projects.
• Strong requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, and BRD prep.
• Exposure to COTS, CRM, or Loyalty solutions.
• Understanding of workflows, processes, and system integration.
• Experience across the software development lifecycle.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
• Mandarin-speaking ability preferred.

Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support enterprise application initiatives involving custom-built solutions and Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong business analysis skills, experience in requirements gathering and Business Requirements Document (BRD) preparation, and exposure to CRM or Loyalty platform implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
• Prepare comprehensive Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements for technical teams and solution providers.
• Support the implementation, enhancement, and integration of enterprise custom-built applications and COTS solutions.
• Participate in CRM and Loyalty platform implementation initiatives, including requirements validation and business process alignment.
• Coordinate with business users, developers, QA teams, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect tracking, and issue resolution.
• Maintain requirements traceability and ensure delivered solutions meet business expectations.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise application development, implementation, or enhancement projects.
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, and BRD preparation.
• Exposure to COTS implementation, CRM platforms, or Loyalty Management solutions.
• Understanding of enterprise application workflows, business processes, and system integrations.
• Experience working with business and technical teams across the software development lifecycle.
• Strong analytical, documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Mandarin-speaking ability is preferred, as business users frequently communicate in Mandarin.
