Job summary

sggovterp seeks a Deputy/Assistant Manager to develop and administer frameworks for bus service standards, monitor key performance indicators, and report to senior management. You will ensure operators meet service quality standards, review waiver submissions, and manage reliability metrics within regulatory frameworks.

You will also maintain the bus data system, set parameters for assessments, and collaborate with operators to continuously improve service reliability, including addressing

Qualifications

Background in Statistics, Analytics, OR or a quantitative field.
Self-motivated, meticulous and structured.
Able to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced setting.
Strong communication to work with stakeholders.
Experience handling large datasets; Excel proficiency; Power BI/Tableau/Python a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop and administer frameworks; monitor and report bus service KPIs.
Ensure operators meet service quality standards and review waiver requests.
Manage two KPIs measuring reliability; set assessment parameters.
Update fleet management data; ensure accuracy of reports.
Prepare regular reports for senior management; drive improvements.
Collaborate with operators to improve reliability.
Respond to public feedback on service quality.
