Job summary

Land Transport Authority (LTA) invites applications for the role of Deputy/Assistant Manager, Bus Information Systems. You will oversee operation and maintenance of bus information systems, conduct audits, manage the Fleet Management System, and coordinate with PTOs and vendors.

The role requires strong procurement and project management awareness and a collaborative mindset. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of relevant IT experience, with UiPath RPA, Tableau, and Python/SQL skills, plus

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in information systems/IT.
• UiPath Studio/Robot knowledge; RPA development advantageous.
• Tableau knowledge and Python/SQL programming
• Up-to-date knowledge of AI/MI technologies.
• Procurement experience including RFPs and vendor evaluation; post-implementation vendor management and change management support.
• Strong written and verbal communication; service-oriented and collaborative.
• Meticulous, organized, and detail-oriented; open to learning new skills.
• Good understanding of contract/project management and statutory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation and management of information systems on buses and in depots; conduct audits; manage Fleet Management System; facilitate meetings; support system operation and maintenance by PTOs and vendors.
• Engage PTOs and system vendors; support Public Transport directorate or LTA initiatives or events; perform other assigned tasks.
