Job summary

Heng Shun Engineering Pte. Ltd. seeks a facilities professional to oversee maintenance, safety, tenant relations, and contractor coordination at a Singapore site.

You will inspect HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage tenant requests with a focus on service quality and safety. Candidates should have 2–3 years in facilities management, strong knowledge of MEP systems, and good blueprint-reading skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 to 3 years in facilities management, building maintenance, or general construction.
• Technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, plus blueprint reading.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational and communication abilities.
• High school diploma; technical certifications or a facility management diploma are a plus.

Responsibilities
