Job summary

IET PTE. LTD. is seeking a Facilities Operations professional to oversee day-to-day building operations in Singapore. The role involves maintaining building systems and coordinating external vendors to ensure service quality and compliance.

You will support leasing and tenancy administration, manage licenses and contracts, and respond promptly to any operational issues or emergencies to minimise disruption to business operations.

Qualifications

• Vendor management experience preferred
• Strong coordination and multitasking ability
• Excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day facilities operations, ensuring building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) are well-maintained
• Coordinate and manage external vendors (cleaning, security, maintenance) to ensure service quality and compliance
• Conduct regular site inspections and follow up on maintenance issues to ensure timely resolution
• Support leasing and tenancy administration, including leasing contract documentation, renewals, and record keeping
• Ensure all licenses, service contracts, and compliance requirements are up to date
• Respond to operational issues or emergencies promptly to minimise disruption to business operations
• Experience in vendor management and coordination
• Familiarity with leasing or contract administration is an advantage
• Able to work independently and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
