Job summary

SATS Ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to lead the operation and maintenance of building infrastructure and M&E systems to support 24/7 operations.

You will manage facilities contracts, coordinate contractors, and drive projects from planning to completion while ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and budget stewardship. A degree or diploma in engineering with 5+ years in facilities management is preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of relevant facilities management experience.
• Experience in team leadership, contractor and project management.
• Good knowledge of M&E/building systems and safety regulations.
• Professional certification in Fire Safety, energy management or sustainability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operation and maintenance of building infrastructure, M&E systems and cleaning services to support 24/7 operations.
• Manage facilities contracts, contractors and service providers, including tender and RFQ/RFP processes.
• Plan infrastructure facilities and asset renewal/upgrading projects as Project Manager.
• Drive sustainability and continuous improvement across facilities and engineering systems.
• Lead and develop the Building Services team and coordinate with stakeholders, service providers and regulators.
• Manage budgets and ensure safety, regulatory compliance and emergency preparedness.
