Job summary

WEHO CONSTRUCTION & ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking a Building Operations Executive to coordinate and manage building maintenance from fault report to completion, ensuring safety, efficiency and client satisfaction.

The role requires handling site surveys, contractor coordination and timely delivery of works. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in a related discipline and 1–3 years of relevant experience, with strong communication and organizational skills and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Building Services, Facilities Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience in building operations, facilities management, property maintenance, or construction.
• Knowledge of building maintenance, contractor coordination and procurement processes.
• Familiarity with RAP, PTW and workplace safety requirements is a plus.
• Good communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage fault reports, maintenance requests and site surveys from start to finish.
• Liaise with clients to assess maintenance requirements and plan works.
• Coordinate repair, replacement and maintenance works with suppliers and subcontractors; monitor progress and quality.
• Prepare and submit risk assessments, permits to work, method statements and other required documentation.
• Prepare final costing and supporting documentation; obtain certificates of completion; assist in billing and record-keeping.
