Job summary

MICROTAC SYSTEMS PTE LTD is seeking a CAD Drafter/BIM Modeller to create shop drawings and 2D/3D models using Revit and AutoCAD. You will coordinate with Project Managers and Engineers to ensure timely submissions and high-quality BIM deliverables.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of relevant experience, a Civil Engineering or Architectural Technology background, and proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD; Navisworks and Acrobat knowledge is a plus. Singapore-based role with onsite work.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or Architectural Technology, or equivalent.
• 1–2 years' experience as CAD Drafter/BIM Modeller in construction; fresh graduates may apply.
• REVIT and AutoCAD are essential; knowledge of Navisworks and Acrobat is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and produce shop drawings and construction drawings per project specs.
• Handle 2D and 3D modelling and shop drawings using Revit and AutoCAD.
• Perform clash detection and propose resolution options.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and Engineers for timely submissions and approvals.
• Ensure BIM models are delivered with high quality and on time.
• Attend site coordination meetings as required.
• Maintain document control and records; work under pressure.

Job Scopes

• Prepare and produce shop drawings, as-built drawings and construction drawings in accordance with project requirements.
• Handle 2D & 3D modelling and shop drawings for project using Autodesk Revit & AutoCad software.
• Clash detection report and options for resolution.
• Work closely with Project Managers and Engineers to ensure timely submission and approval of technical drawings.
• Ensure that BIM models are delivered with high quality and on a timely basis
• Attend site coordination meetings if require.
• Maintain good document control and record.
• A self-motivated person capable of working under pressure.

Requirement

• Possess a Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering / Higher Nitec in Architectural Technology / Revit Architecture Certified Professional or equivalent.
• 1 to 2 years’ experience as CAD Drafter/ BIM Modeller in construction industry. Fresh graduate may also apply.
• REVIT and AutoCAD is a must. Knowledge of Naviswork & Acrobat is a plus.
