Job summary

LKT Contractors Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks an experienced BIM support professional to assist the BIM manager in tender drafting and coordination across trades.

You will help implement IDD and prepare drafting plans with the project engineer, ensuring BIM execution plans and workflows are followed. The role requires 5+ years of relevant experience, proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks and MicroStation, and strong English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelors’ degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction Technology with 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Industry BIM Certification (Revit Professional, BCA BIM courses) preferred.
• Proficient with BIM tools: REVIT, AutoCAD, Navisworks, MicroStation.
• Excellent written & spoken English communication skills.
• Familiar with BIM execution plan, requirements, process and workflow.
