HUATIONG CONTRACTOR PTE LTD is seeking a BIM/Detailing Engineer to produce 3D construction models from base information and to design and detail services support systems at the Tanah Merah site in Singapore.

The role requires a Degree/Diploma in Architecture or Building Services Engineering, with BIM Revit certification and at least 3 years of related experience. Strong AutoCAD skills and ability to start on short notice are essential.

• Certificate in BIM Revit for Architecture.
• Min 3 years experience in related field.
• Excellent AutoCAD skills.

Responsabilidades

• Use BIM to perform drawing work tasks.
• Report to the manager/engineer.
• Produce 3D construction models from base information.
• Design and detailing of services support systems.
• Attend design and construction reviews.
• Provide onsite BIM model support aligned with construction progress.
• Develop mechanical & electrical systems and layouts; manage drawing registers and standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Use of Building Information Modelling (BIM) to perform drawing work tasked
• Report to the manager/ engineer
• Responsible for production of 3D Construction models from base information
• Design and detailing of services support systems
• Attendance at design and construction reviews
• Provide onsite support for all matters relating to the BIM models with actual construction progress.
• Development of mechanical & electrical systems and designs, co-ordinated building services layouts, management of drawing registers and standards.

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree/Diploma holder in Architecture, Building Studies, Building Services Engineering, Civil Engineering or other related discipline.
• Certificate in BIM Revit for Architecture
• Min 3 years experience in related field
• Excellent AutoCAD skills
• Able to start within short notice
• Working location: Tanah Merah
