KAH ENGINEERING (1986) PTE. LTD. is seeking a BIM/CAD specialist to work closely with clients and consultants, modelling with Revit and coordinating BIM workflows. You will ensure accuracy of construction documents, parameters, and model data in line with BIM execution plans.

The role requires 2+ years CAD/BIM experience, proficiency in Civil3D, Revit, AutoCAD, and collaboration tools; experience with Navisworks and BIM Collaborate is a plus. Local working experience in Singapore preferred.

Qualificações

• Two years minimum CAD and BIM experience; local experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Autodesk Civil 3D, Revit and related BIM software.
• Solid CAD background; familiarity with AutoCAD.
• Experience with BIM Collaborate and Navisworks.
• Ability to meet deadlines and develop training material.

Responsabilidades

• Demonstrate proactive approach to learning of new digital design tools
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management

Job Description

Requirements

• Preferably ITE / Diploma / Degree in Architecture, Engineering and Construction Industry (AEC) / Specialist Diploma in BIM / VDC advantage
• Minimum two years of CAD + BIM experiences and preferred with 5 years of local working experience
• Knowledge of, and proven practical background in, Autodesk Civil3D, Revit and related Building Information Modeling software.
• Solid understanding of legacy CAD applications and practices, particularly AutoCAD.
• Familiarity with Design Visualization applications such as BIM Collaborate and Navisworks.
• Demonstrate a reliable, responsive and positive work ethic with the highest degree of integrity.
• Demonstrated ability to develop learning material, deliver effective training and provide ongoing education.
