Job summary

ONYX SG PTE. LTD. is seeking a Building Executive / Senior Building Executive to join the landlord team for a flagship Grade A commercial office.

You will manage daily operations, tenant relations, and supervise term contractors across security, cleaning, landscaping, carpark, and fire safety. The role reports to the Building Manager and involves coordinating with the M&E team on tenant fit-out activities, handling budgets, and administering service contracts.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Building Management & Services or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of building management experience, office properties preferred.
• Experience coordinating term contractors and tenant fit-out works.
• Knowledge of carpark systems, waste management and fire safety protocols.
• Excellent communication with tenants and stakeholders.
• Willingness to handle after-hours emergencies.

Responsibilities

JOB DESCRIPTION

A premier real estate developer renowned for its iconic high-rise portfolio is currently looking for a Building Executive / Senior Building Executive to join their landlord team in managing a flagship Grade A commercial office.

Reporting directly to the Building Manager, the successful candidate will oversee daily building operations, maintenance, and tenant relations directly under the property owner rather than a managing agent. The role is responsible for supervising term contractors across security, cleaning, landscaping, carpark operations, and fire safety. Additionally, you will coordinate with the M&E team on tenant fit out and reinstatement works, manage operational and CAPEX budgets, administer service contracts, and serve as an active member of the Company’s Emergency Response Team (CERT).

This in-house landlord opportunity offers rare direct visibility into strategic asset decision-making, along with competitive remuneration including fixed allowances and attractive variable bonuses.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum Diploma in Building Management &Services, Facilities Management, or equivalent
• 3 to 5 years of relevant building management experience, preferably within office commercial properties
• Proven track record in managing term contractors, daily building defects, and tenant fit-out/reinstatement works
• Strong knowledge of building operations, carpark systems, waste management, and fire safety protocols (CERT experience is a plus)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively liaise with diverse tenant stakeholders and contractors
• Customer service-oriented, highly accountable, and capable of handling after-hours emergencies when necessary
