Job summary

AMBITION GROUP SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Building Executive (Grade A Building) to oversee daily inspections, security, landscaping, waste management, and facilities safety for a premier property.

This role requires hands-on operations and strong coordination with tenants and authorities. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or higher and 5–6 years of Grade A building management experience, with superb planning, meticulous attention to detail and a customer-centric approach.

Qualifications

• Diploma and above (education requirement).
• 5–6 years of building management experience with Grade A buildings.
• Positive attitude, team player and customer-centric.
• Strong planning and organizational skills; detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily inspections of the building to ensure satisfactory condition.
• Handle tasks across functions including security, leaning, landscape, waste management, irrigation, lifting, carpark, defects and fire & safety matters.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure building is in good condition (cleanliness, signage, etc.).
• Prepare and control budgets for operations and capital expenditures.
• Liaise with the public, tenants and authorities on improvement works.
• Create and maintain rapport with tenants, address feedback, and manage after-hours emergencies.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily inspections of the building to ensure that it is in satisfactory and serviceable condition
• Handle various tasks across work functions including security management, leaning, landscape, waste management, irrigation system, lifting system, carpark system, building defects and repair, and fire & safety matters.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure that the building is in good condition, e.g. cleanliness, car park and signages etc.
• Prepare and control budgets for Control and Preparation for Operations and Capital Expenditures.
• Liaise with the public, tenants and relevant authorities on the implementation of improvement works.
• Create and maintain good rapport with tenants, attend to their feedback and handle emergencies after office hours when necessary.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma and above
• 5-6years of building management experience with Grade A buildings
• Positive attitude, team player & customer-centric
• Good project management, strong planning and organizational skills
• Detailed and meticulous

Salary ranges from$5000-$6000 X 13
