Ambition Group Singapore Pte. Ltd. (SG) is seeking a Building Executive for a Grade A building to oversee daily inspections and operation across security, cleaning, landscaping, waste, irrigation, lifting, carpark, defects and fire safety.

You will liaise with tenants and authorities, manage feedback, and respond to emergencies after hours. The ideal candidate has a Diploma or higher with 5–6 years of Grade A building management, strong project management, planning and organisational skills,

• Diploma or higher with 5–6 years of Grade A building management experience.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct daily inspections of the building to ensure satisfactory condition.
• Handle tasks across security, cleaning, landscape, waste, irrigation, lifting, carpark, defects and fire safety.
• Regularly inspect to ensure good conditions such as cleanliness and signage.
• Prepare and control budgets for operations and capital expenditures.
• Liaise with the public, tenants and authorities on improvement works.
• Maintain rapport with tenants and respond to feedback; handle after-hours emergencies.

Building Executive (Grade A Building)

Our client is an Established Property developer

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily inspections of the building to ensure that it is in satisfactory and serviceable condition
• Handle various tasks across work functions including security management, cleaning, landscape, waste management, irrigation system, lifting system, carpark system, building defects and repair, and fire & safety matters.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure that the building is in good condition, e.g. cleanliness, car park and signages etc.
• Prepare and control budgets for Control and Preparation for Operations and Capital Expenditures.
• Liaise with the public, tenants and relevant authorities on the implementation of improvement works.
• Create and maintain good rapport with tenants, attend to their feedback and handle emergencies after office hours when necessary.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma and above
• 5-6 years of building management experience with Grade A buildings
• Positive attitude, team player & customer-centric
• Good project management, strong planning and organisational skills
• Detailed and meticulous

Salary ranges from $5000-$6000 X 13
