Job summary

CPG FACILITIES MANAGEMENT PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a Facilities Supervisor to support daily operations and oversee on-site contractors for preventive and corrective maintenance. You will investigate faults, troubleshoot building systems, inspect facilities, coordinate defect rectifications, and set up AV systems in the auditorium and AV room.

The role is a 2-year renewable contract with benefits, requiring 3–5 years of related experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum Nitec in Facilities Management Services / Estate Management / Building Maintenance / Engineering/ Building Services or related fields.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in Building and Facilities maintenance; Experience in AV system will be an advantage.
• Able to start work within a short notice.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Facilities Manager in the daily operations.
• Supervise, plan and organize a team of on-site contractors in carry out Preventative Maintenance and Corrective Maintenance works.
• Investigate, check and analyze reported breakdown and fault to determine the causes for prevention of future occurrence.
• Troubleshoot and repair faults in building systems.
• Carry out regular inspection to the facilities and systems and ensure their functionality and reliability.
• Ensure contractors on defect rectification after servicing.
• Set-up and operate AV system in the Auditorium, atrium and AV Room.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor.
