One Fragrance Holdings is seeking an energetic F&B (Bubble Tea) Operations Manager to drive store performance across Somerset/West Coast. You will lead baristas, ensure quality beverages, and maintain service standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude with a passion for customer service.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and works well in a team.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and safety.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and adhere to SOPs and food safety standards.
• Previous bubble tea shop, cafe, or quick-service experience is a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Prepare a wide variety of bubble teas and other beverages with precision.
• Deliver friendly, efficient customer service at the counter and drive-thru, if any.
• Operate cash registers and process transactions accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation across all equipment and work areas.
• Follow recipes and SOPs to ensure product quality and safety.
• Lead a positive, fast-paced team environment and assist with inventory stocking.
• Recruitment, training, and onboarding of new staff; ensure outlets remain staffed.
