Job summary

ONE FRAGRANCE HOLDINGS PTE. LTD. is seeking a friendly Bubble Tea Barista to join our established brand at the West Coast/Somerset location. This full-time role offers a 4-day or 5-day work week, with shifts from 10:00 AM to 10:30 PM and flexible scheduling to fit team needs.

You will learn bubble tea preparation, deliver excellent customer service, and participate in full training. No prior experience required; training is provided and compensation is competitive within the F&B sector.

Qualifications

• Friendly, customer-focused barista in a fast-paced setting.
• Willingness to learn and adhere to food safety standards.
• Experience in bubble tea shop or quick-service is a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Prepare wide variety of bubble teas, fruit teas, and specialty beverages with precision.
• Deliver friendly, efficient service at counter and drive-thru (if applicable).
• Operate cash register and handle transactions accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation for all equipment and work areas.
• Follow recipes and procedures to ensure product quality and safety.
• Contribute to a positive, fast-paced, collaborative team.
• Assist with inventory stocking and store presentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare a wide variety of high-quality bubble teas, fruit teas, and other specialty beverages with precision and consistency.
• Deliver friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable customer service at the counter and drive-thru (if applicable).
• Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately.
• Maintain impeccable cleanliness and sanitation standards for all equipment and work areas.
• Follow detailed recipes and procedures to ensure product quality and safety.
• Contribute to a positive, fast-paced, and collaborative team environment.
