Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare a wide variety of bubble teas and other beverages with precision.
• Deliver friendly, efficient customer service at the counter and drive-thru, if any.
• Operate cash registers and process transactions accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation across all equipment and work areas.
• Follow recipes and SOPs to ensure product quality and safety.
• Lead a positive, fast-paced team environment and assist with inventory stocking.
• Recruitment, training, and onboarding of new staff; ensure outlets remain staffed.

Job Title: F&B (Bubble Tea) Operations Manager (Full-Time)

Location: Somerset/West Coast

Schedule: 5-Day Work Week, 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM | Flexible scheduling available

The Opportunity

We are seeking energetic and customer-focused Baristas to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be at the heart of our operations, mastering the art of bubble tea preparation while ensuring exceptional service that keeps our guests returning. Full training is provided, offering a fantastic entry point into the food and beverage industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare a wide variety of high-quality bubble teas, fruit teas, and other specialty beverages with precision and consistency.

• Deliver friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable customer service at the counter and drive-thru (if applicable).

• Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately.

• Maintain impeccable cleanliness and sanitation standards for all equipment and work areas.

• Follow detailed recipes and procedures to ensure product quality and safety.

• Contribute to a positive, fast-paced, and collaborative team environment.

• Assist with inventory stocking and store presentation.

Manpower Management

• Manage the recruitment and interview process for prospective candidates

• Oversee the training and onboarding of new staff

• Ensure all outlets remain adequately staffed at all times

Operations

• Ensure the smooth daily operation of all outlets in accordance with Master Franchisor SOPs

Business Development

• Identify and secure suitable locations for new outlet openings

• Negotiate lease terms and monthly rental agreements with landlords

Liaison

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Master Franchisors, landlords, contractors, and agents
