Responsibilities

• Oversee daily bar operations including retail management and food service.
• Manage inventory and stock levels to ensure product availability.
• Handle cashiering duties and end-of-shift reconciliation.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth service.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve guest inquiries.
• Assist in staff development and training of junior teammates.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the bar area.
