Job summary

DBS AsiaCentral is seeking a Head of Wealth Management Brokerage Technology to lead strategic design, engineering, and delivery of the brokerage and wealth-trading platform across multiple markets and asset classes.

You will partner with business and product teams to enable rapid product expansion, low-latency trading, and scalable, compliant operations while guiding a high-performing engineering organization.

Qualifications

• Experience in brokerage, wealth-trading, or capital-market tech.
• Proven success delivering mission-critical trading systems (OMS/EMS, connectivity, real-time data).
• Expertise in cloud engineering, microservices, API-first designs.
• Familiarity with cross-border trading regulatory expectations.
• Ability to work with senior business and product stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Set long-term technology strategy for brokerage and wealth-trading platforms.
• Architect resilient, secure, scalable systems for client channels, OMS/EMS, routing, data and post-trade flows.
• Lead platform modernization with cloud-native, event-driven, API-first designs.
• Oversee front-to-back brokerage delivery including trading interfaces and market access gateways.
• Establish SRE practices, monitoring, and disaster-recovery for high-volume days.
• Partner with business and product teams to align tech roadmaps with growth objectives.
• Build and lead engineering and platform teams with brokerage and market-access expertise.
