Job summary

DBS Asia Central is seeking an experienced Head of Wealth Management Channels with a hands-on, full-stack engineering background to lead large-scale technology initiatives in Wealth Management and Digital Products.

You will drive multi-channel product development (iOS/Android/Web), oversee architectural direction, and manage significant budgets while fostering a collaborative, customer-first engineering culture in a hyper-growth environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading large technology organizations (100+ engineers) in financial services, specifically Wealth Management.
• Proven expertise in full-stack development and managing full-stack engineering teams.
• Strong strategic planning, budget management, and global team leadership skills.
• Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and deliver complex digital products end-to-end.
• Deep understanding of client channels, digital platforms (iOS/Android/Web), and secure communication technologies.
• Hands-on leader with a strong coding background and advocacy for good coding standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of technology for Wealth Channel Area and Channels within Wealth Management Technology, managing multi-million dollar budgets.
• Drive development and launch of multi-channel digital products (iOS/Android/Web) for private banking.
• Lead architectural and technical direction for core products and improve stability, performance, and time-to-market.
• Implement automated deployment pipelines and optimize costs while ensuring security and regulatory compliance.
