Job summary

DBS Asia Central is seeking a hands-on technical leader to architect and deliver large-scale wealth management platforms and investment journeys. You will drive multiple squads, shaping architecture and engineering standards while delivering high-performance, scalable systems.

The role requires deep expertise across Java, ReactJS, Python, or Go, and a proven track record in distributed architectures and micro-frontends. Collaboration with product and business stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on technical leader with experience building large-scale enterprise platforms.
• Deep expertise in Java, ReactJS, Python or Go with strong full stack capability.
• Proven track record designing scalable, resilient systems for high-volume usage.
• Strong architecture depth across distributed systems, microservices, APIs and event-driven patterns.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design and delivery of wealth management platforms and investment journeys.
• Act as hands-on technical leader across multiple squads, driving quality and standards.
• Build and evolve large-scale full stack platforms using a modern stack (Java, ReactJS, Python).
• Design distributed architectures including microservices, APIs and event-driven patterns.
• Collaborate with product, business and tech stakeholders to translate needs into robust solutions.
• Drive platform-thinking focusing on extensibility, reuse, reliability and speed.
• Contribute to key technical decisions, solution design and critical implementation paths.
• Apply modern engineering tools, including AI-assisted tooling, where it adds material delivery value.
