Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily supervision of restaurant operations.

• Assist servers and hosts on the floor during peak meal periods.

• Open and close restaurant shifts.
• Provide feedback to staff and monitor performance.
• Communicate with Chef and Restaurant Manager about issues.
• Supervise in the absence of the Restaurant Manager.

Education
