Job summary

QT Singapore seeks a Breakfast Supervisor to lead our breakfast operations and deliver outstanding dining experiences. Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will oversee service, supervise the team, and ensure smooth operations with the highest standards.

You will supervise Captains, Commis, and casual staff, maintain grooming and service standards, and ensure a warm, memorable guest experience in a fast-paced hotel setting.

Qualifications

• Valid WSQ Food Safety & Hygiene Certificate.
• Minimum GCE 'N' Level and above.
• Experience in supervising F&B or breakfast operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily breakfast operations to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Lead, motivate, and support the breakfast service team.
• Ensure grooming, appearance and service standards are maintained.
