Job summary

Tung Lok Millennium PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a friendly Restaurant Service Associate to join our breakfast service team. You will welcome guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure the dining area is clean and presentable.

Work closely with kitchen and service teams to deliver smooth operations, maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene, and provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a similar role preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication.
• Friendly, positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
• Able to work early morning shifts 0500hrs–1400hrs (Taxi claimable).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and prepare the restaurant for breakfast service.
• Welcome and serve guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take orders and serve food and beverages.
• Assist with buffet setup and replenishment.
• Clear and reset tables, ensuring the dining area is clean and presentable.
• Attend to guests' requests and provide good customer service.
• Work closely with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth operations.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and service standards.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Company.
