Job summary

Qualifications

• Two to four years of supervisory experience in hotel breakfast or high-volume restaurant operations.
• Knowledge of Singapore laws and religious dietary requirements.
• Understand service and kitchen production flow per Singapore standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily breakfast operations to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Lead and motivate the breakfast service team including Captains, Commis, and casual staff.
• Maintain grooming, appearance, and service standards.
• Welcome guests and ensure a warm, memorable dining experience.
• Monitor guest flow, table allocation, and restaurant setup for efficiency.
• Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure food quality and availability.
• Handle guest inquiries and feedback professionally and promptly.
• Verify breakfast entitlements and manage POS transactions accurately.
• Ensure cashiering procedures, stock control, and hotel policies are followed.
• Prepare operational reports and provide shift handovers.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized restaurant environment.
