Job summary

Moss Cross Tokyo Pte Ltd in Singapore is hiring a Part-Time Breakfast Service Crew to join our restaurant team. The role runs 7:00am–12:00pm, 6 days per week, totaling 30 hours weekly, in a fast-paced morning environment.

We seek friendly, proactive individuals who can multitask, greet guests warmly and work well within a team. Prior guest service or breakfast experience is advantageous, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet breakfast guests warmly.
• Provide friendly and attentive service to guests.

• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the restaurant.
• Monitor the breakfast buffet and keep the buffet area clean and organised.
• Replenish plates, cutlery, glasses, beverages and buffet items.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and service team during breakfast service.
• Assist teammates whenever support is needed.
• Carry out breakfast buffet closing.
• Clear and clean the buffet area after breakfast.
• Return buffet equipment and service items to their proper places.
• Reset and prepare the restaurant after breakfast service.
• Perform other restaurant duties when required

We are looking for a friendly, cheerful and proactive Breakfast Service Crew to join our restaurant team.

This is a permanent morning position, suitable for someone who enjoys interacting with guests and is comfortable working in a fast-paced breakfast environment.

We are looking for someone who is proactive and able to multitask — someone who notices what needs to be done and takes initiative instead of always waiting for instructions.
