Job summary

TUNG LOK MILLENNIUM PTE LTD is seeking a capable Food & Beverage Service Manager to oversee daily guest service and operations. You will lead the service team, ensure high standards, and collaborate with the kitchen to deliver quality meals.

We value hands-on leaders who are PC literate, well organized, and motivated to provide exceptional guest experiences, including managing schedules and handling feedback and requests promptly.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Ability to work early morning shifts of 0500hrs to 1400hrs, weekends, and public holidays.
• Service oriented and passionate working in F&B industry.
• PC literate, well organized and self-motivated.
