Job summary

Fuku is seeking an experienced Financial Product Manager in Singapore to lead the strategy, development, and enhancement of multi-asset financial and trading products. You will own the product lifecycle from market research to launch and optimization, collaborating with Trading, Risk, Technology, and Sales to deliver commercially viable solutions.

• Proven ability to translate market opportunities into product requirements and roadmaps.
• Experience shaping financial/trading products across multiple asset classes.
• Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin Chinese required for cross-border collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop product strategies based on market trends, competitive analysis, client needs, and regional opportunities across asset classes.
• Own the complete product lifecycle from inception to launch, including market research, requirements gathering, product design, business rules, launch, and post-launch optimization.
• Analyze competitor products, pricing, features, and market positioning to maintain competitiveness.
• Develop product roadmaps and collaborate with Trading, Risk, Technology, Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Compliance.
• Monitor product performance and user behavior to drive continuous improvements.
• Engage with internal stakeholders and clients to translate requirements into actionable solutions.
• Create and maintain product documentation, SOPs, workflows, manuals, and training materials.
