Job summary

TAK Products & Services Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an Executive, Brand & Customer Relations to be the first contact in our showroom. You will welcome visitors, deliver premium service, and coordinate with the sales team to ensure a memorable brand experience.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, a customer-oriented attitude, and the ability to engage Mandarin-speaking clients. Weekend work and grooming standards are part of the schedule in a vibrant showroom environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in customer service, hospitality, luxury retail, showroom operations, or other customer-facing roles.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented disposition.
• Background in cabin crew, luxury retail, showroom operations, interior design, building materials or related industries encouraged.
• Ability to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Professional, confident and well-presented with strong personal grooming.
• Willingness to work weekends/public holidays on a rotating schedule.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage walk-in customers, architects, interior designers, developers and corporate clients.
• Deliver a professional and personalized customer experience aligned with the company’s premium brand standards.
• Manage showroom appointments, visitor registrations and customer enquiries.
• Conduct basic product introductions and showroom walkthroughs for visitors.
• Maintain the showroom presentation, cleanliness, ambience and display readiness.
• Respond to customer enquiries via phone, emails and messaging platforms promptly.
• Coordinate with the Sales team to support follow-ups and enquiries.
• Record and track visitor data and assist in preparing customer engagement and visitor reports.
• Support branding initiatives, customer engagement activities, product launches and company events.
• Assist with other customer relations and showroom-related duties as assigned.
