Job summary

LIXIL Singapore showroom is seeking a client-focused salesperson to greet customers, understand needs, and recommend products while achieving sales targets. You will maintain product knowledge, process sales and payments, and ensure the showroom is well-presented and organized.

You will manage inventory, handle returns, and build strong client relationships, participating in promotions and events. The role requires excellent communication, flexibility in shifts, and collaboration with the team

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a fast-paced sales environment such as retail, department stores, or 4–5 star hotels.
• Strong customer engagement with the ability to address clients professionally.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends; latest shift ends at 8:30 pm.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and assisting clients, understanding needs, recommending suitable products, and driving sales KPIs.
• Maintaining thorough product knowledge and conducting comparisons for clients.
• Processing sales, payments, returns, and ensuring showroom is clean and organized.
• Tracking inventory levels and reporting discrepancies.
• Addressing client concerns and building positive relationships.
• Arranging merchandise displays and informing clients about discounts and promotions.
• Collaborating with team to achieve store objectives and recording sales interactions.
• Staying informed about market trends and new product launches.
