Job summary

WEARNES AUTOMOTIVE PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive Showroom Assistant in Singapore to greet showroom walk-in clients and corporate guests, ensure the showroom is immaculate, and support sales, marketing, and cafe duties.

You will generate showroom reports, maintain the prospect database, monitor stock, and replenish as needed, while assisting with events and other tasks assigned by your superior. Weekend/public holiday work is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE O-Level with 2 years relevant experience.
• Exemplary customer service with initiative.
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Attend to showroom walk-in clients and corporate guests
• Ensure showroom is in tip top condition as per checklist
• Generate showroom reports and maintain prospect database
• Handle sales of merchandise and monitor stock availability, replenishing as and when required
• Provide support for Marketing activities and events
• Cover for café duties
• Any other tasks assigned by your superior
