Qualifications

• Minimum GCE ‘N’/‘O’ Level or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service or retail (customer-facing).

• Familiarity with social media platforms and video taking is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers warmly and create a comfortable showroom environment.
• Represent the brand professionally through appearance, communication, and service.
• Maintain showroom presentation, vehicle readiness, and displays according to brand standards.
• Engage visitors, understand their needs, and provide a positive customer experience.
• Collect customer details and interests for follow-up, and enter leads into the CRM system.
