Job summary

Hilton International Asia Pacific Pte Ltd seeks a seasoned Director, Brand Performance Support (SEA) to lead portfolio performance across franchised and managed hotels in SEA. You will partner with APAC BPS and SEA leadership to implement brand initiatives, drive resource adoption, and provide practical guidance for hotel teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
10 years of hospitality experience or equivalent.
5 years in executive leadership roles (GM, Area GM, Director) or similar.
3 years working with hotel sales teams.
Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

Serve as a key brand representative for SEA operational leaders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure aligned support for hotels and owners.
Translate strategy into practical guidance, training, and resources for hotel teams.
Conduct portfolio diagnostics to identify opportunities and improve performance.
Support hotel openings, ramp-ups, and ongoing performance initiatives.
