Hilton International Asia Pacific Pte Ltd seeks a Director, Sustainability & Responsible Business, APAC to drive Travel with Purpose initiatives across the region and elevate sustainability impact among APAC hotels. Qualifikationen

• Subject matter expertise in sustainability and best practices in hospitality.
• Motivated self-starter capable of representing the global team in APAC.
• Outstanding project management, organizational, and collaboration skills.
• Excellent written, analytical, and verbal communication abilities.
• Confidence engaging senior leaders, including SVPs and VPs.
• Strong relationship-building, trust, and advisory skills.
• Willingness to work across time zones, including early mornings / late evenings.
• 8+ years of professional experience with at least 3 years in a relevant role.

Aufgaben

• Lead efforts in APAC to meet Hilton’s Travel with Purpose 2030 Goals.
• Drive, implement, and track programs for progress on TWP 2030 Goals.
• Collaborate with Communications, Operations, Engineering, and other functions to integrate sustainability into strategy.
• Advise hotel teams on energy, carbon, water, and waste reduction targets.
• Conduct data analysis to understand sustainability performance and prepare leadership reports.
• Support the Travel with Purpose Champions network and activate hotel-level champions.
• Present on Travel with Purpose to internal and external audiences.
• Regionalize global programs for APAC and collaborate with other regional leads.
• Contribute to Hilton communications and annual reporting (success stories, website, social media).
• Oversee delivery of annual Travel with Purpose Awards.
• Lead volunteerism and engagement efforts during Earth Day and Travel with Purpose Week.
• Create Hilton Travel with Purpose presence at conferences and represent Hilton in industry groups.
• Keep abreast of sustainability trends and best practices in hospitality.
