Job summary

Hilton seeks a Director, Brand Performance Support (BPS) for Southeast Asia to partner with owners, management companies, and hotel leaders across SEA to drive brand standards, guest experience, and hotel performance on franchised and managed properties.

You will lead cross-functional collaboration, activate Hilton brand initiatives and tools, and provide diagnostics and practical guidance to improve resource adoption, performance, and outcomes across SEA markets.

Qualifications

BA / BS / Bachelor's Degree.
10 years of hospitality experience.
5 years of leadership at Executive Committee/GM level or similar.
3 years collaborating with hotel sales teams.
Strong knowledge of operational and commercial topics.
Proven ability to influence and build relationships across diverse stakeholders.
Proactive in analyzing market trends and competitive environments.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary brand advisor for SEA leaders and owners.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure aligned hotel support.
Translate strategy into practical guidance, tools, and training for hotel teams.
Conduct portfolio performance diagnostics using dashboards and data insights.
Support owner engagement and brand initiative execution from deal to asset life.
