The 1872 Clipper Tea Co. in Singapore seeks a meticulous and strategic Supply Chain & Logistics Lead to own end-to-end operations from forecast to last-mile.

You will lead two direct reports and collaborate across retail boutiques, tea bars, and export markets to ensure ethical sourcing and on-time delivery. Qualifications

• Own the demand forecasting process using sales data, seasonality, campaigns and channel inputs.
• Translate forecasts into procurement and replenishment schedules to balance availability and stock.
• Build inventory frameworks balancing stock availability against carrying costs across locations.
• Monitor sell-through, flag slow-moving SKUs and drive clearance or reallocation decisions.
• Lead vendor relationships and negotiate terms to support growth plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor two direct reports across supply chain activities.
• Oversee inbound/outbound logistics including export shipments.
• Develop and implement SOPs and tools to improve forecasting accuracy and visibility.
• Maintain accurate records and reporting across the supply chain function.
