Job summary

KEONG SAIK BAKERY PTE. LTD. is hiring a standalone Sales & Marketing Manager / Assistant Manager (Brand & Bakery) in Singapore. You will own the marketing portfolio, translate the founder’s vision into brand strategy, and lead campaigns across outlets, ecommerce, and B2B channels.

This role requires hands-on execution, end-to-end ownership, and a pragmatic, results-driven mindset in a fast-moving F&B business.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.
• Manager: Minimum four years of relevant experience, including at least two years independently owning a marketing function, brand, or portfolio.
• Assistant Manager: Minimum two years of relevant experience, with demonstrated readiness to take on end-to-end ownership of a marketing portfolio.
• Prior experience in F&B, retail, hospitality, or a consumer lifestyle brand is strongly preferred.
• A portfolio of self-produced work – photography, video, design, and campaign examples – is required at interview.
• Experience managing a marketing budget and reporting on commercial outcomes is a distinct advantage.

Responsibilities

• Marketing Framework & Brand Direction: Develop, document, and own the company’s marketing framework.
• Relevance & Refresh: Review the framework annually for market relevance.
• Alignment to Brand Vision: Ensure direction aligns with the founder’s brand vision.
• Campaign Planning: Translate framework into a rolling campaign calendar.
• Digital Content Creation: Plan, shoot, and edit digital content for social, website, and e‑commerce.
• Visual Storytelling: Lead product and lifestyle photoshoots and coordinate with teams and vendors.
• Copywriting: Write brand-facing copy for social, EDMs, website, and menus.
• Asset Management: Maintain organized content and asset library.
• Print & Vendor Management: Manage print vendors, proofs, and lead times.
• Budget Development & Management: Propose and track annual marketing budget.
