Job summary

Keong Saik Bakery is seeking a Sales & Marketing Manager / Assistant Manager to own the full marketing portfolio across our retail outlets, e-commerce, and corporate channels. This standalone role demands hands-on leadership and the ability to translate the founder's brand vision into a coherent, commercially effective program.

You will manage budgets, shoot content, brief printers, and install collateral at outlets, while driving campaigns and partnerships that grow the business.

Qualifications

• > Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related discipline (equivalent experience considered).
• > Minimum four years of relevant experience for Manager level; two years for Assistant Manager.
• > Experience in F&B, retail, hospitality, or consumer lifestyle brands preferred.
• > Portfolio of self-produced work (photography, video, design, campaigns) required at interview.
• > Experience managing a marketing budget and reporting on commercial outcomes is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop, document, and own marketing framework including brand positioning, audience, channel strategy, and calendar.
• Plan, shoot, and edit digital content for social, website, e-commerce, and third-party platforms.
• Design and manage physical marketing collateral and vendor relationships.
• Propose and manage annual marketing budget with live spend tracking and variance alerts.
• Lead generation, client relationships, and opportunity tracking for corporate, catering, and events.
• Coordinate with outlets and production teams on product launches and campaigns.
• Provide fortnightly updates and post-campaign reviews linking marketing to sales outcomes.
