Job summary

Lalamove Singapore is hiring for an in-store shopper engagement role. You will help customers understand our on-demand furniture transport service and guide them through using the app and placing delivery orders.

Join a fast-paced team that values proactive communication, clear guidance, and professional representation of the brand. Prior retail or events experience is a plus, and comfort with mobile apps is essential.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of customer service or retail sales experience.
• Confident, outgoing and proactive; comfortable initiating conversations with shoppers.
• Proficient with mobile apps and guiding customers through features.
• Strong organisational and interpersonal communication skills.
• Diligent, detail-minded and able to operate in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in retail/sales/events organization is a plus.

What you'll do

• Guide customers through downloading the app, applying promotional codes, and placing delivery orders.

• Answer service enquiries and provide clear, friendly guidance throughout the booking process.

• Liaise with matched Lalamove driver-partners to coordinate pickups and assist with booking or pickup issues.

• Deliver attentive customer service and proactively support customers' needs.

• Maintain promotional materials and displays in line with established visual and branding guidelines.

• Represent the brand professionally and ensure consistent execution of in-store promotional activities.

What we seek

• 0-2 years of customer service related or retail sales experience

• Confident, outgoing, and proactive personality; comfortable initiating conversations with shoppers.

• Confidence in using mobile apps and guiding customers through their features.

• Excellent organisational skills & interpersonal communication skills

• Diligent, detail-minded, and able to operate in a fast-paced environment

• Experience in retails/sales/events organization would be an added advantage
