As the face of our clients' brands, you will provide seamless delivery experiences, uphold high standards, and maintain excellent communication with customers and the operations team. This role emphasizes reliability, presentable appearance, and a customer‑oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Valid Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence.
• Good road awareness and safe driving habits.
• Well-groomed, presentable, and professional in appearance.
• Punctual, responsible, and reliable.

Responsabilités

• Deliver luxury shopping bags and premium retail products safely and on time.
• Handle all items with care to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
• Provide courteous, friendly, and professional customer service during every delivery.
• Verify delivery details and obtain proof of delivery accurately.
• Maintain regular communication with the Operations Team on delivery progress.
• Follow all company SOPs, client requirements, and security procedures.
• Ensure delivery vehicles are kept clean and presentable.

About the Role
