Qualifications

• 0–2 years of customer service or retail sales experience.
• Confident, outgoing and proactive; comfortable initiating conversations with shoppers.
• Proficient with mobile apps and guiding customers through features.
• Strong organisational and interpersonal communication skills.
• Diligent, detail-minded and able to operate in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in retail/sales/events organization is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Proactively approach shoppers near checkout to promote on-demand furniture transport.
• Guide customers through downloading the app, applying promo codes, and placing orders.
• Answer inquiries with clear, friendly guidance throughout the booking process.
• Coordinate with matched Lalamove driver-partners for pickups and booking issues.
• Deliver attentive customer service and proactively support customers' needs.
• Maintain promotional displays in line with branding guidelines.
• Represent the brand professionally in-store promotions.
