Lalamove EasyVan (SG) Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Driver Operations Projects Coordinator (Part Time) to support daily delivery operations, route planning, and client coordination, with a focus on timely deliveries.

You will handle order routing, assign drivers from the existing pool, monitor active deliveries, and provide prompt client support. Training is onsite and a minimum 3-day workweek is required, with morning and evening shifts.

We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Driver Operations Projects Coordinator (Part Time) to support daily delivery operations and client coordination. This role involves assisting with order routing, driver assignment, and real-time monitoring to ensure smooth and timely deliveries. The ideal candidate is responsive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment.

What you’ll do

• Assist with routing and scheduling client delivery orders

• Assign drivers from the existing driver pool based on route requirements

• Provide timely support to clients regarding their orders

• Monitor active deliveries and help resolve operational or delivery-related issues

What you’ll need

• Availability to commit to a minimum 3-day work week (2 weekdays, 1 weekend)

• Ability to work at least 1 morning shift (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM) and 2 evening shifts (5:00 PM – 10:00 PM)

• Willingness to attend onsite training (training will be provided)

S$12 - S$13 an hour
