Job summary

Joyre Group is seeking an experienced Outlet/Branch Manager to lead daily operations across beauty, spa and wellness services in Singapore. You will collaborate with marketing, drive brand growth, and ensure high-quality guest experiences while managing budgets and teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an outlet/branch manager in beauty, spa, wellness or hospitality.
• Strong leadership, people management and communication skills.
• Able to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
• Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field preferred.

• Oversee daily branch operations to ensure consistent, high-quality service.
• Develop and implement SOPs to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
